On a more serious note, I would be careful about sending booze to a Muslim country. Iraq may be different, but I lived in Saudi Arabia for a while. Booze were strictly illegal and being caught with booze could be met with very serious consequences including lenghty jail sentences. With the situation in Iraq, alcohol is probably the least of their worries at the moment, but I would certainly err on the side of caution here.
