No, IFC gate numbers are all in the 5s. It was originally built while T1 was being completely redone. Since then, the airport has consistently let it fall apart and then had to spend money to refurbish it.
It was used for the G20, and for some film and movie shoots (Flashpoint, Fringe, The Strain, the Love Guru I think), as well as when Trudeau brought in all the refugee flights.
The building is only accessible by buses running from the main terminals, through the Infield tunnel, and across.
The low As is the T3 satellite terminal. Like the IFC, the airport lets it fall apart and then spends money to refurbish it. Passengers access via a pedestrian tunnel underneath the apron. Used to just be Westjet, but Flair goes there now too.
