Just not the way I roll.
If I felt that way constantly I would probably choose to spend my time doing something else.

When I don't like a TV show I stop watching it. I don't keep watching it to enjoy complaining about it. Well except for TWD but I hated myself for that.

Again I don't think people are naïve to what this franchise is. It is one of the worst performing franchises of the last 3 decades from a results POV. We all know that. But the great thing about sports is you always have hope for next season.
At least if one chooses to look at it that way. If you choose to focus more on the past failures, I don't see how that is much fun.
This is me as well. There seems to be this feeling from negative people that positive people are condescending or something, but I just truly do not understand why someone would spend time on something they don’t enjoy. Hockey is obviously some sort of cathartic therapy for people where they can funnel all their life frustrations into complaining about a sports team, but I just enjoy watching hockey. Sucks that the Flames aren’t the best example of the product this year, but it’s still hockey, there’s always something to enjoy.

It’s cool if people want to hate on everything. It’s why I rarely enter PGT, especially after a loss. But I’ve answered what I thought was an honest question about how you can be positive while watching the Flames, and the person turned around and criticized me for being positive.

End of the day it’s just hockey. It’s for fun. Taking it too seriously (especially taking conversations about hockey too seriously) doesn’t seem fun to me. It doesn’t seem like people who hate on everything Flames are having fun, but if it is, go wild.
