I agree that if the Flames sell, which they won't, Toffoli makes the most sense to trade.
He'd have value because he has a year remaining and is relatively cap efficient. More importantly, the Flames would actually be selling rather high on someone for the first time.
But that's why it won't happen. It's not the type of move the Flames would do. The Flames have a competitive window of around 3 years. Trading Toffoli would go against that window.
