Oh, no 100%, I laughed.
I just thought that I'd give part of my reasoning for why I am going this route, in case it helps someone else out. My rational here is quite proactive. I exercise a lot and I'm in good shape (relatively speaking, and for my age!). But you get it...when we were practicing rugby a couple times a week and playing games at 20 is a different world from where we are these days! I can just see what's coming in terms of health challenges for middle aged men, and I want a better outcome.
