I feel like I was given a rundown on this a couple years ago but for a refresher

What would you recommend for a daily length of usage to have your contacts in?

Any potential side effects can come from over-wearing contacts on a daily basis?

I've always told my place the amount of daily hours I keep them in but they've just taken that for their records & never given me feedback on whether that was a good amount of time, or if I should be wearing them less.
