OP: I don't know any professionals personally but perhaps you can expand on what you are trying to achieve? Eat healthier, cook more healthy meals at home, weight loss?

I have a pretty decent knowledge on healthy foods, cooking, ways to shop smart/what to look for etc. Sometimes it's not that hard to eat a lot healthier with some very low level work and it can be little, easy things outside of "eat more veggies"
I was just typing up a response as well. I’ll just paste it below.

Not all calories are equal and approaching your diet in such a way could be dangerous. The foods we choose can have huge affects on how our bodies process and absorb foods. It’s not just about energy. You could end up being a skinny unhealthy person.
Im no dietician, but I’d recommend starting by eating way more fibre, fruits and vegetables. Adding fibre can slow down the rate at which your body will absorb things like sugars and lower LDL cholesterol.
