Players do have off years

Tkachuk only had 43 in the bubble season and then 104 the next year
I know 56 games but still its a massive difference year to year

Even Iggy went from 90s to 60s to 90s in his time here

criticism of the season thus far is fair but to say he is done is pretty stupid

If Tkachuk stayed there is also no way in hell he would have 71 points here with the roster and style of play. Tkachuk, Lindholm, Mangiapane wouldn't be lighting it up like they did with Gaudreau

ironically Tkachuk has the exact stats Huberdeau did last season after 50 games (other than the W's)
