Yeah, working in the office is great for collaboration, water cooler chats, things that you can't really schedule with a Teams meeting. But sometimes you just need to focus and get some stuff done...sometimes it's better for people to do it from home, some people prefer the office. I dunno...maybe we treat people like adults and let them make their own decisions as long as it isn't an actual detriment to others?
