Leo acts like he's in his mid 20s anyway, my theory is the age gap thing is a tad overblown since these are the people he relates too anyway. What kind of conversations is a 38 year old doctor going to have with Leo?
Other than to joke or just have something dumb and fun to talk about, chalk me up in the "Don't really care" camp as well
