I know a guy who was an extra in the show. When we were chatting, he couldn't tell us what he was doing, but he had mentioned he was getting close with the arts dept and starting to get interested in that type of movie support role as well. I think he had said they were building sets and many on site were helping to call around and/or source materials and things like that. I think that type of interaction, involvement and excitement from the locals is a small part of the reason why some of the actors/actresses and film crew were raving about.

I didn't think I would be this excited about it being filmed in our backyard, but I'm actually buzzing about it.
