Hi CPer's. I'd like to send a package to a friend who is stationed in Iraq, and I was wondering if I can send cigars? The destination is an APO, but I was wondering if cigars would fall under some tobacco export law and get sent back, or whether you have to declare anything and/or pay a tax at the post office? Anyone ever have experience with sending cigars south of the border?
