But interesting that these more material mistakes are all years in the past. So if one evaluates more on the last 3 years BT seems to be a very good GM.
My fear is that he's going to make the choice to leave.
And then we will be all reminded what having a bad GM really feels like. Because I don't think good GMs will be lining up to takeover the job.

I know that the results are not what we wanted, but I do give credit to BT for pushing all in to try and make a run at the cup. Trouble is, the stars on the Flames team #### the bed when it came to the playoffs.
A GM can only do so much, at the end of the day the players have to be accountable for letting the fans down.
