I really like this year's black pedestals. The only black Flames jersey I've liked. I'd be fine with them as the 3rd jerseys.
I may even be fine with the blasty jersey as long as the logo was a red Flaming C.

This, and use the original blasty jersey. Blasty actually works great as a shoulder patch. Red flaming C with simple yellow outline has a great contrast on black - IMHO this should be our 3rd jersey:
