Food is going big box fast food or ghost kitchen delivery. Clothing retail is hanging on by a thread. Even grocery is getting a lot of delivery orders that might as well come from the warehouse and not the store. Furniture has reached mostly warehouse level retail or flat pack. Bookstores will be gone.
Main streets will be banks, a cafe and a few bars.

And everyone will be laid off so no one will be able to support any businesses, brick and mortar or not. We’ll all just be slaves to like 3 companies and all jobs will be performed by AI.
