We all saw him at the world juniors. We know what he can do
I thought I’d have the chance to see somebody dominate a game, get a sneak peek of perhaps the next great player
I couldn’t believe my eyes when he was last back, shift after shift
Maybe he had an off night defensively. Maybe this is just how he plays in junior. Whatever. He clearly is *so* gifted offensively, and puts butts in seats, so he looks like he can do what he wants. It all makes sense
But it’s funny the people coming in, extrapolating the observation into something it isn’t, and valiantly defending his honour
