Huberdeau is easily a PPG player but you need to play to his strength and play him with players that he compliments. Flames lack players that fit Huberdeau's style, I have no doubt in my mind that Tre is going to pick up/trade for players to compliment Huberdeau in the summer.
But I also think that players like Pelletier and Coronato fit Huberdeaus style, just a matter of waiting until they get comfortable at NHL level.

10.5 might seem a lot, but I bet it won't in 2-3 years. Just like how 8.5 was insane for Draisaitl but in 2 years after he signed, players worse than him (when he signed) were getting 8.5+. In 2-3 years there will be players getting 14+ and a lot of 10+ players

Ya 10.5 is an overpay, Huberdeau is closer to a 8-9 million player but that's the cost you need to pay to get free agents here. The additional 2-2.5 million for Huberdeau won't hurt the team long term
