I’m going to keep going to my current bike lockup room unless major changes are made to the new facility. Given the parkade has several bike rooms already I’m not sure how they justified a new one on the ground floor.

I haven't actually checked out the new bike room. Like you said, I don't understand why they need a new one anyways because the one in the parkade seems to have more than enough space as I've only ever seen half of those wall racks being used.
In your write up you mentioned having to go through 4 doors and the lobby but the email sent out mentions an access door from the courtyard. Is there no direct access from outside?
