A day later and I am still okay with the deal. The pick is either a solid upper mid 1st round pick in a super deep draft or, possibly, a flyer for a higher pick the following year. Every other team in on this was going to offer a later first round pick and the other parts were going to be about equal (middle 6 young winger and a top prospect). Unless it turns out Shane Wright was actually on the table this was the right deal, even if it feels underwhelming.
