Beauvillier: 28 goals, 71 points, 9.52% shooting
Horvat: 28 goals, 74 points, 8.75% shooting percentage.
The Islanders are a very structured defensive team that dont produce a ton of offense, the Canucks are going to be playing loose.

being a very good powerplay player is obviously a good thing...those goals count just as much on the scoreboard.
Also, even if he did play great for the Canucks how exactly does that help them? They want to be as bad as possible...they also could use that 4M to gain more assets if they didn't have to pay him. I'm sure Vancouver would have rather not got him at all...it's a +value towards the Islanders.
