^I think the first is lottery protected at least.
They weren't ever going to get much more than that in the position they were in. They just need to keep getting assets for who they can get assets for, pumping up their remaining players with power play time and trading them at increased value too, until they've sold everyone who can be sold. Probably except for Pettersson and Hughes.
Basically, it's not a great return but it's not a disaster either.
