I am looking forward to you bringing up the same point in a GT when Vladar makes some huge saves. To be fair and all.

My only point was that citing a goalie had made some big saves earlier in the game isnt indicative that hes playing well. It could be poor play in front of him or it could be hes out of position or not tracking the puck well. In this particular game I agree that the bigger issue was the poor play in front of him, but Markstrom also didnt put himself in a good spot to come up big for his team either. Ecspecially on the fourth goal. Every game goalies are going to get hung out to dry on multiple occasions for every team. You need a guy to fight them off. I feel like some people set the bar so low now for Marky and I dont know what it is, false sense of hope? Does anyone believe we can go anywhere the playoffs with this guy? Like honestly, do you?
And you dont need to wait for a GT. I said in this very thread that Markstrom has better rebound control than Vladar. And its not like I'm pulling things out of my ass either.Theres a reason why one goalie is 13-12-5 and the other is 10-4-4 while playing against the superior opposition. Aside from your never ending support for Marky, I'd love to hear your theory on why we win more and score more in front of Vladar even though hes gotten the considerably tougher strength of opponents? At this point its not a small sample size either.
