Just because he's famous doesn't give the public the right to know details of his personal life, including his health or the health of his family. Two of your other examples fall under gossip/tabloids/TMZ. People are interested but we don't have the right to know.
Trump's health was different because when he was president (or if he runs again), his health impacts the nation. Reporting about it is in the
public interest. A hockey player? Nope.
