I thought Vladar was OK. He let in a couple of squeakers, but he also made some good saves and also a really solid play to break up a centering pass to chip the puck out when Columbus was building pressure. It showed good anticipation and awareness. It didn't directly set up the sequence for the 2nd goal (Columbus briefly got possession back), but it did allow the Flames to break out of the zone at least.
Keeping in mind that Vladar is still technically a back-up, I think he did a fair job. He gave the team a chance to win, that is all he really needs to do.
