I used my Mexico trip in November as motivation to cut down and it worked decently. Since returning, I've been focused on a bulk, and I'll be transitioning to a recomp next week; drop carbs, keep protein high but calories just below maintenance.

Physio recommended the running program. It's a gradual increase.

I've swam, biked and used the elliptical a lot in the last few years given I couldn't run. I'm looking forward to running again, especially on nice summer days.
