The Oilers destroyed us in the playoffs last season and are higher in the standings this season.
They haven’t been rebuilding for years, and have more playoff success than we do.
The days of us mocking them with any real ground to stand on are over. They shut that door when they absolutely dismantled us in the playoffs last year - and that #%^* should be something that this organization shouldn’t be okay with.
…good thing we can still mock them for being from Edmonton, but on the hockey side? Nope. We have no ground to stand on anymore.
