So, I guess the question is why would someone not support Filipino language education in Alberta schools? Especially considering there are dozens of other languages already in the curriculum? What rational reason would someone have for not supporting it? He never responded, so it leaves people guessing at his intentions of the post. And unfortunately its hard to guess why any rational person would be opposed to such a thing. As such, the only logical answer is that Yoho's reasoning for not liking Filipino education is irrational and 'seemingly racist'.

It's very possible he is a racist. My wife is a teacher and curriculum changes are always hot topics because people absolutely hate change. He's clearly anti-NDP and pro-UCP and just throws stuff up against the wall that he feels may support his cause. Like I said in my initial post he's definitely crossing into trolling territory but I don't think we need to start dragging the discussion down to personal attacks. I've had a poster in PM condemn me for my "character judgments" and I'm like WTF? You don't even know me outside of some posts on a forum but you think you can call out my character?

Some of you take this stuff way too seriously. Nobody really knows anyone here and I think we need to be a little careful about throwing words around that may or may not be true.
