To be fair try and name the last Flames head coach that worked as a head coach in the NHL again post-Flames. If any fanbase can complain about their head coaches it's the Flames fans as this organization has totally bombed when it comes to finding great head coaches. Aside from Darryl you would have to go back to the days of Brian Sutter and Pierre Page 20-30 years ago.
