Hey Fisher is it patially due to razor burn? My skin is sensitive to everything, and I can’t use cartridge type blades. I switched to a straight razor and made a huge difference. I do it more like every other day.

You should look into buying an alum block. Essentially it is a brick that you wipe your neck with after shaving. It will sting for a minute on the areas that are sensitive but it is super helpful in alleviating any razor burn or cuts.
They are cheap and last forever:
