if Colorado loses its games in hand on the teams above them, we could have the top 8 teams almost locked in in the west and it will just become about positioning

with Nashville sliding (which the Flames can help tonight), it's quickly becoming a 9 team race

I think the pacific order eventually settles as
1. Vegas
2. Seattle
3. Calgary
4. LA/Edmonton (WC)
5. LA/Edmonton (WC)

beat Colorado on wednesday and you create separation from them as well, and keep them back of the playoff line
