Scholz's sabotage on Leopard shipments is going to screw over the Ukrainians too and prevent German tank shipments this year. Rheinmetall is saying they will not be able to ramp up refurbishment of Leopard 1/2 tanks that they have in storage before the end of 2023. Its completely ridiculous.
