since I moved into my house I've lost count of the times I've seen and heard collisions involving pedestrians at this corner; I've even had to do first aid after a collision and nearly been hit myself multiple times. And it's always the same thing: some ####ing IDIOT is so much more important than everyone else and has to hurry on a left turn and ignores the pedestrians crossing right in his path. Guess what people - that millisecond delay in turning is going to be a LOT longer and a LOT worse when you run over a kid because you have to get to work faster! Use your damn brain, swallow your damn ego and SLOW THE #### DOWN! I really don't think that poor guy you put in the hospital or the morgue shared your sense of urgency.

I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this. My nearest intersection is the same thing.
As a driver we are trained to look for cars first, then pedestrians. Cars and their drivers are the worst thing about our roads, everything else is secondary. The vehicles are to big, drivers go to fast and people generally have the me first attitude.
Cars suck
