It's possible she gets abandoned pretty quickly by the anti-vaxers. They are a fickle un-pleasable group, strongly motivated. My hope is they shift to a fringe party, enough to jeopardize some rural ridings and split votes in Calgary. If the NDP win, what does the UCP do? They can't really aim further right, so perhaps they make their way back to the centre. But then they are competing on 2 fronts. I think they've worked themselves into a real pickle if this Smith gambit doesn't succeed.
