Also have to think Trey Lance will be on the trade block if Purdy doesn't fall on his face in the playoffs. Niners' Super Bowl window stays open much longer with Purdy on a 7th-round pick salary for the next feew years.
Not sure Lance is worth more than a second-round pick at this point, but could see a team like the Commanders take a chance on him.
