Vancouver will lose flights to London, Toronto, and Puerto Vallarta on the 787. The latter two will just be a downgauge to 737 service, but that means no business class and less capacity.
I suspect you'll see less Hawaii capacity out of Vancouver as well as their connections get consolidated at YYC.

Not sure about Hawaii, in non-peak season it may still make sense to funnel traffic to YVR and connect onwards to the islands. They can also utilize 737-800's instead of having to go with the MAX from YYC instead of taking a capacity hit.
