Apparently they had a lot or good info on Czarnik as well and went out to present to him but 22 other teams had interest in him as well. So it's not always as simple as other teams see the same thing in player's.
I think the biggest issue is either over valuing leadership and not recognizing declining players(Troy Bowers) or not doing due diligence(Neal).
