Michael Thomas agrees to a contract restructuring that should effectively see him released this offseason prior to June 1st. Originally he had 2 years left on his deal.
Curious to see where he ends up, pretty tragic story with him this entire decade so far, immediately after breaking the most receptions in a season record in 2019. He clearly still has the hands and strength as seen in his 3 games this year, where he had 3 TDs, including 2 in his first game in 3 years.
Hope he can finally get healthy, he was on pace to be a HOFer until getting injured Week 1 in 2020, then came back too early to be with Brees for his final playoff run. That's where this nagging injury started.
