There are actually some interesting things happening from a few of the concessions that is essentially pulling an inordinate amount of power away from positions like the speaker and giving more power to individual members. It seems like they might not understand that those rules don’t only apply to them and everyone, including democrats, will be able to use them. The other things they want are stupid things like Biden investigations and stuff that’s a bunch of who cares anyways. They’re either gonna waste their time or, if they do find shady stuff, then good. Shady stuff is bad regardless.
These people really don’t understand how badly they’re screwing then selves right now. This is genuinely fascinating to me.
Is there a reason there can’t be 3 parties? I’ve heard people says it’s because it’s a republic and not a parliament, but what does that matter?
