I'm all for division winners not being guaranteed a home game, that the Bucs could be under .500 and host a 13-4 team is ridiculous. But division winners should still make the playoffs. And if they go with what Res posted then the Chiefs would get the #1 seed if they win, as 14-3 > 13-3.
