Personally I feel like that scenario just hurts the Chiefs, you need to determine seeding.
Honestly I think a tie is the only decision here. It’s unfortunate and it was the right decision to stop the game but that was a decision that both teams played a role in determining.
Delaying the playoffs isn’t fair to the other teams IMO, making these two teams play on a short week makes no sense, and really just calling it a tie (or going by winning percentage) makes the most sense.
