I still think the "power forward" rhetoric is funny. AFAIK the term was never used round these parts until this off-seasons when it was used in an article or two as the events unfolded.
Tbf, it seems the prototypical power forward is a dying breed, so maybe it's a reasonable term for MT these days...but he is not in the ilk of a Shanahan/Iginla/Neely/Tocchet/LeClair/Lucic/Wayne Simmonds/Tom Wilson/...Keith Tkachuk/etc
I wonder how much being his father's son skewed his perception for outsiders.
