Bullying happens in the workplace so I don't see why it can't happen in a post secondary level. I was a victim of bullying when I attended college. It can happen.

I thinks there's more to it than the breakup. I wouldn't be surprised to hear he had emotional problems. Problem is he is dead and we may never get all the facts.
