I use DSC and it seems fine. Cheap, convenient and the product seems reasonable enough for me.

My experience has been that yes I had to be a lot more careful to begin with, but after some time (2-3 months maybe?) it completely stopped being an issue. (After years of use I've also become a lot less picky about the blades I use. There are some differences, but I can just compensate for that without even thinking about it. Some are nicer than others, but it's not a big deal for me.)
It's just a matter of getting used to it, and once you do it feels insane to think back on how much money you previously wasted on those clearly inferior disposable razors.
