Interesting comparison.
He seems more involved if you ask me at both ends. He might be holding pucks too long but he does venture into the offensive zone with the puck a lot as well. When he doesn't have it you can see him finding open ice to get shots off but he's not getting those passes.
I honestly think he has some more untapped offensive potential he definitely isn't the 9 point player he is right now. But like you said as long as he limits chances and we win he's doing his job. Thought him and Tanev shut down McDavid last Tuesday.
