Outside of just the disrespect to his teammate, as far as I can tell, the one who did everything wrong from a hockey perspective was Miller. The goalie was already on his way out and would have been off as soon as Miller got the puck up ice. He also had a pass available up the left side he decided to ignore, turns the puck back, has a man on him, and then berates his goalie for not leaving the net? All the while killing 15-20 seconds. One of the most boneheaded displays I've ever seen. The guy just doesn't seem very smart.
