It’s a question of media literacy. When someone tweets something your first thought should be That’s funny, your second through should be Is that true. So pointing out it’s likely not true is a reasonable action while enjoying the absurdity of it.
Anyway Romanian Authorities state the pizza box did not lead to the arrest.
