Heh...Americans, including myself, really don't have too much interest in international competitions, except for the Olympics (which I personally despise). It is enough that we have our professional teams to cheer for, and, for many Americans, their college teams (which, I never could get into, except, for the college I was attending, and only, at that time).

For me, I am following the death spiral seasons of the 'Hawks, Bulls, and Bears, and waiting for the 2nd day of MLB spring training, when the Cubs are officially eliminated! (It is tough being a Chicago native with a taste for their professional sports, sometimes.)
