Even if he is in his head, you’d think after 30+ games he’d at least accidentally do one thing that’s awesome.

I haven't really seen anything truly awesome either. I keep hearing either on the radio or from other fans that they keep seeing flashes and glimpses of superstar Huberdeau, but honestly I have barely seen any of this supposed "magic" other than a nice play or two that were the kind of passes most NHLers could make on a good play anyways. Please tell me this isn't it.
Gaudreau got you out of your seat and would drop your jaw multiple times per night with his passing. I have yet to see anything remotely resembling that from JH. I didn't really watch him in FLA, so I couldn't even tell you what this superstar version of him looks like, but hopefully we get to see it with regularity.
As someone else said, his life was turned upside down by getting traded here, new system, new coach, new lifestyle. I am more than willing to give him a long leash to get adjusted and hopefully showcase that stardom here. But plays like last night were dumb. Dude's been a class act since he got here and has owned up to it, so let's see him walk the walk.
