Well, had my appointment at the Vasman clinic today, so doing a lot of resting and icing. Procedure wasn’t terrible, but I had an issue on the right side due to scar tissue from an inguinal hernia as a baby and likely getting hit with a billion pucks to the nuts while being a goalie. The boys feel fine, but I definitely have a lot of soreness in my lower abdomen, so I’m taking it very slow. My 4 and 2 year old love to play wrestle, so I’ll be keeping a watchful eye on that.
