Loaded some boxes in the backend of my 06 Escape this morning and went to close the glass portion lid and it wouldn't lock in place. So I drove to the Ford dealership here in High River and explained my problem, thinking maybe a latch had broken. Tyler told me to leave in the shop bay to thaw out and they would check it out. In the meantime they gave me a drive home.
Tyler phones 3 hours later to say the latch was frozen and that they lubricated it and all my doors and everything is working fine. Someone came and drove me back to the dealership. Best part was there was no charge for the service
